To get to komodo and
flores island at the moment its very very easy, when you arrive in Indonesia
all the flight to get to flores island still transit in Bali. But for the future there will be a direct
flight from Jakarta to Labuan Bajo west Flores island. Also the new program
from Indonesian government start on September 2016 there will also direct
flight from Singapore to Labuan Bajo, hopefully this program will be successful
cause this is will be increase the visitor to come to komodo and flores island.

So at the moment to
get to flores island and take a trip around you could also start from from the
eastern part in Maumere or western part in Labuan bajo.

There is a fligh
from :
Bali to maumere with
Sriwijaya air and Lion air and back
Bali to Ende with
Garuda air, Lion air and Kalstar air and
back
Bali to Labuan Bajo
with Sriwijaya air, Garuda air,Nam Air,Lion air,Kalstar and back
Also with landline
there is a bus from Bali or from Lombok and continue by ferry to Labuan bajo.
If you are on a
budget trip you could also just hire a car and driver to take a tour around
flores island.
